We will start an sounding Italian side called Gubbio. We fancy them to beat Carrarese who have lost their last 6 games. The away side are also bottom of the league managing just 13 points from 24 games picking up just 2 points away from home. Gubbio are midtable but their recent form is good having picked up 7 points in their last 3 games. Next up, go for Elche to beat Real Murcia in the Spanish Segunda Division. Both have lost their last 2 games but their is a difference in class between these two. Elche will be playing in the La Liga next season after picking up 64 points from 30 games. They have won 12 out of 14 home games having scored 28 and conceding just 8. Realistically they will fancy beat Murcia who have lost 10 out of 15 away and are dangerously hovering just about relegation. Finally go for Caen v Istres. Caen are currently 4th with a reasonable 48 points from 28 games. Their position is largely due to their home form where they have managed 9 victories from 13. They are strong defensively having conceded just 8 goals at home and Istres arguably should struggle to break down Caen’s defence having scored an average of under a goal per game. Istres are 8 places below Caen and with an away record that reads: 2,3,8, a home seems good value at around the 4/5 mark.
